What are the payment arrangements?
50% Zelle pre-payment at the time of booking and a remainder balance is due after the services are provided
What is the Satisfaction Guaranteed?
We want our customers to be happy! If you are not happy for any reason, please notify us within 48 hours of your cleaning appointment. We will send a different service professional out at no cost.
In some instances, our cleaning service providers can arrive within 3-4 hours, however we recommend scheduling your cleaning appointment at 3 days in advance.
Do I need to be at home during cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be home for our service. We will discuss the arrangements to let our cleaning providers in.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please notify us no later than 24 hours before your appointment start time to avoid a fee.
How many cleaning service providers will you send?
Typically, we send one service provider for an apartment cleaning.
For heavy duty jobs the crew number will be determined on a case-by-case basis
We are a pet friendly house cleaning company, but our staff safety is a priority. If your pet behaves aggressively, we reserve a right to refuse services and charge a cancellation fee.
How far in advance should I schedule an appointment?
We recommend you do your booking three days in advance. In some instances, same day appointments are available.
What services are not provided by your cleaner?
Our cleaners do NOT:
- Clean walls and ceilings as a part of a Regular cleaning
- Do exterior window cleaning
- move furniture
- lift and/or move any objects over 35 pounds
- wipe clean TV screens or computer equipment
- reaching height unaccusable on a stepping stool
- prepare meals
- provide any children-related services
